Bears-Direct - Guarantee of Satisfaction Assurance

The professional Teddy Bear artists who are listed on these pages all agree on one thing. They want the collectors who buy from them to feel confident that they will be treated fairly when they purchase their bears. They know that it is sometimes a little more difficult to order from a photograph than it is to buy in person. All have agreed to stand behind their work in the following ways:

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from an artist listed on these pages, you may return the bear for a refund within a time period stipulated by the individual artist. Bears must be returned in new condition (including no cigarette odor). Shipping charges may not be returnable, and special custom orders may be excluded.

2. Artists agree to make an earnest attempt to complete their orders within a reasonable time, and to give the buyer a good faith estimate of the time it will take to complete. Those that require a deposit agree to guarantee the delivery date.

3. These policies are the individual responsibility of each artist, and may differ slightly from artist to artist. They are a condition of being listed on Bears-Direct, but in no way can Bears-Direct or its management be held responsible for the actions of the artists listed here.

Should you have a problem with any artist listed here who has agreed to the Bears-Direct Guarantee of Satisfaction Assurance, Bears-Direct will make every endeavour to intervene between the customer and artist to assist in reaching an agreement satisfactory to both parties. But Bears-Direct offers no guarantee of conciliation if both parties disagree on any findings it makes.
